Chin - As the years creep up on you the
chin creeps down Age seems
to be the
instigator of many changes to our bodies.
Those changes can be wrinkles, wrinkly
skin, aching bones, loss of hearing and
forgetfulness. (Not everyone)
Double chin,
flabby neck, saggy or droopy skin is one of the
many sayings that a person will use to describe
the loose flab hanging round the neck.
Fortunately for those with a complex on their
appearance there are treatments to remedy a
double chin. More and more people are turning
to cosmetic surgery or liposuction to help fix
different ailments and conditions.
Before
contemplating going under the knife to beautify
your neck i.e. to remove excess loose skin you
should consider a simpler and healthier option
like exercise. There are many solutions that
can help target the double chin and hopefully
reduce and firm up the saggy neck
skin.
Exercise can help reduce
a double chin down in size and tone up
the neck and jaw line skin. Always

Exercise
1 is for the chin (easy toning process) Make
sure you are comfortable before exercise takes
place.
Open your mouth as
wide as you can and hold this position for 10
seconds or so.
Relax your mouth
and repeat.
Another chin
exercise that is popular is with the use of the
back of your hand, gently start slapping under
chin. Start to increase the speed of your slaps
and continue to do this for a few minutes. Do
not slap to hard you do not want to bruise the
skin. Similar to the first exercise to help
remedy your double chin, you open your mouth
again as wide as you possible, while your mouth
is opening slip your bottom lip over your
teeth. Keep yourself in this position and twist
your jaw a little.
These entire chin
exercises are supposedly to be very helpful in
helping to firm and tone the saggy skin around
the neck. Other than this the only other option
is the expensive route of surgery or better
still the cheaper solution is to wear a polo
neck sweater.
Never use
unfamiliar beauty products on the skin because
it can worsen the problem you are treating.
